Enquiries and quotations
The name, business contact details, company and enquiry information you choose to send by email, phone or WhatsApp are used to respond, assess your requirements and prepare a quotation. The V1 website has no server-submitted form or file upload. If you email us, your message is processed through Google Workspace; if you choose WhatsApp or a phone call, the relevant communications provider is also involved.
Website access
The hosting provider may receive and process your IP address and basic connection data to deliver and secure the pages. The site does not run visitor-tracking tools for analytics or advertising. You choose when to open external services such as maps, Instagram or WhatsApp; their own privacy terms then apply.
Legal basis, recipients and retention
